- 1960 The journey begins from Porbandar with one truck and one contract of the Maharana Textile Mills to carry cargo to Ahmedabad and than to All India
- 1960 Vasant Transport Corporation was established
- 1962 Operated from the friends group office at Ahmedabad
- 1972 Shifted operations from Porbandar to Ahmedabad
- 1972 Started booking service from Ahmedabad to Saurashtra
- 1977 Emerged as a major transporter of cement from Porbandar and Dwarka to entire Gujarat
- 2001 Started F.T.L. division (full truck load) with clients such as Reliance Industries and Nirma Limited
- 2004 Vasant Overseas Pvt. Ltd. was formed
- 2005 Vasant logistics (V-Log) was established
- 2006 Vasant Virtual (VV) was set up
- 2006 Vasant Infra Logis (VIL) was founded
- 2008 Vasant Farm (VF) became operational (Completely integrated farm)
